Course Overview

This course introduces students to the study of literature through close reading, critical analysis, and discussion of major literary genres, including fiction, poetry, and drama. Students will explore how literary texts reflect and shape human experience, culture, and historical contexts.

Emphasis is placed on developing interpretive skills, understanding key literary terms and techniques, and engaging with diverse voices from different periods and traditions.
