Course Overview

Introduction to Psychology provides a comprehensive overview of the scientific study of behavior and mental processes. Students will explore major psychological theories, research methods, and findings related to cognition, emotion, development, personality, social behavior, and mental health.

Emphasis is placed on understanding how biological, psychological, and social factors interact to influence human behavior. Students will also learn to apply psychological concepts to everyday life, academic success, and real-world problems.
